Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese or cream cheese
1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: crushed graham crackers or almond flour crust
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into jars or containers.
5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
6. Serve chilled, topped with berries or granola.
Notes
Use plant-based yogurt and tofu for a dairy-free version.
Can be frozen and served as a chilled treat.
