Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed

Optional: 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or 1/4 avocado


Instructions

1. Add coconut milk to the blender first.

2. Add mango, pineapple, banana, and protein powder.

3. Add optional extras for texture or nutrition.
